Order Information

When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours during the business week.
You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has shipped.

How do I know if you received my order?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped. Email our Customer Service at support@qbmedical.com to check whether it can be cancelled or not

What is your backorder policy?
If an out-of-stock item is backordered, the item will be shipped immediately upon availability. We will charge your credit card only upon shipping of the product or within one month from the date of order whichever is earlier

What are my shipping options?
We ship UPS Ground & Expedited Shipping (not for Bulky/Oversized or Truck shipped items).

What do I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

What if I open my package and find items missing or defective?
Notification of any shortages or incorrect shipments must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Be sure to email our Customer Service at support@qbmedical.com

How do I return items?
Please email Customer Service at support@qbmedical.com. A Customer Service Representative will email you with a Return Authorization number and further instructions.

To Returns Goods

Merchandise ordered in error or defective merchandise may be returned for credit or refund subject to the following guidelines:


1. Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging.


2. The invoice number or order number and date of purchase are required for return approval.


3. A Return Authorization is required before goods may be returned.

4. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed.


5. All items must be returned freight prepaid to the our warehouse


6. Credit will be issued based on the invoice amount for the value of the merchandise only excluding shipping and minus            restocking fees


7. Due to infection control regulations, certain items such as garments, bed enclosures, Bathroom Safety Products, Incontinence Products, Diabetic Care Products may not be returned unless defective.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged in California. No sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped outside California

Do you accept purchase orders?

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Your charges should appear on your next credit card statement.

Back Orders

Our available product assortment now represents more than 10,000 items from more than 25 product lines. If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we can back order the item and ship it as soon as it is received. We will email you the status of your order from time to time.

 

Returns

Processing a Return
Step 1:
Before returning anything, you must first request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) within seven days from the date of receipt of item An RMA number can be obtained by emailing customer service It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you. Due to health reasons, some of the products like diabetic care products test strips, orthopedic items, bathroom safety products and if the products is opened or used can not be returned or exchanged at all.

Email procedure- Include the word ""RMA"" in the subject line of your email. In the body of the email indicate the order number the product was purchased on, the product code, and the number of items you will be sending back. We will process the request and email you your RMA number.

Step 2:
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from us from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3:
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to us. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4:
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by us, We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us provided you notify us with 7 days from the date of delivery. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.


Terms & Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements and web site. We are not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your purchases have to be returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice/order number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by us for credit, exchange or repair, at our discretion within 7 days from the delivery date. All defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by us for repair or replacement only, at our discretion within 7 days from the delivery date. After 7 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee
25%, and must be completed within 7 days of the date of invoice. Due to manufacturers' return policies special orders items like wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to us for repairs only -no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.

All products to be returned must be requested for a Return Material authorization number within 7 days from the delivery date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date.
